The Barn & Pavilion 
 
The Barn Capacity: up to 300 Features: wet bar, electrical outlets throughout, bathrooms, 16 picnic-style tables, 3 serving tables Accomodations: 1BR cabins, tent and RV sites (with or without hookups) Location: East side Fees: $200 cleaning deposit + $850 per day $425 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation; remaining cleaning + event fee of $625 due 60 days before event date. Cleaning deposit refunded if site is left clean after event.  The Pavilion Capacity: up to 250 Features: full commercial kitchen, stage, electrical outlets throughout, volleyball court, bathrooms, 20+ picnic-style tables Accomodations: 1BR & 3BR cabins, tent and RV sites (with or without hookups) Location: West side Fees: $200 cleaning deposit; $350 per day, full payment due 60 days before event date $200 deposit at time of reservation, non-refundable if cancelled less than 60 days in advance; remaining cleaning fee + event fee of $350 due 60 days before event date. Cleaning fee refunded if site is left clean after event. The Barn offers more privacy and is particularly suited for weddings, with indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony and reception. The Pavilion is terrific for weddings, large casual gatherings, and barbecues.  Celebrate your wedding, reception, reunion, festival, corporate event, or other large gathering at one of our well-equiped event centers. Beautiful views, ample seating indoors and out, and wide open outdoor spaces will help make your event special!   Cap off your wedding ceremony with a ride in a horse-drawn carriage! Our carriage alone is a wonderful accent to your western-theme wedding.
