The Barn & Pavilion 
 
The Barn Capacity: up to 300 Features: wet bar, electrical outlets throughout (great for bands/music, lighting, food prep equipment, etc.); bathrooms Camping: Tent sites and RV (with or without hookups) Location: East side Fees: $200 cleaning deposit; $750 per day, due 60 days before event date  The Pavilion Capacity: up to 250 Features: full kitchen, stage, electrical outlets throughout, volleyball court, bathrooms Camping: Tent sites and RV (with or without hookups) Location: West side, next to driving range. Fees: $200 cleaning deposit; $350 per day, due 60 days before event date  Credit card required to hold reservations Cancellation Policy: $200 charge if cancelled less than 60 days in advance. The Barn offers more privacy and is particularly suited for weddings, with indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from for your ceremony and reception. The Pavilion is terrific for large casual gatherings and barbecues.  Celebrate your wedding, family reunion, festival, or other large gathering at one of our well-equiped event centers. Beautiful views, ample seating indoors and out, and wide open outdoor spaces will help make your event special!
